The beard and hat look surprisingly good out of the box, and the jacket's fit is roomy enough for layers underneath. I put the whole thing on with the gloves and belt for a Halloween party, and it held up fine all night — the axe is a solid prop, not flimsy at all.
The axe has a nice weight to it and the jacket fabric feels durable enough for a whole night of Halloween chaos, not just a costume party. I was worried the outfit would look cheap, but the belt and gloves pull the whole Billy look together into something genuinely creepy.
The beard and hat fit perfectly and really complete the look—my friends recognized Billy immediately at the party. The included axe has a nice weight to it, and the jacket quality held up through a whole night of wear.
