The sculpt is genuinely unsettling in person, all that drowned detail around the mouth and eyes. It fit my head fine and I wore it for a whole Halloween party without it getting uncomfortable.
The screen-shot accuracy on this thing is wild, right down to the bloated skin texture around the eyes and mouth. Pulled it out at a Halloween party and two people actually jumped back.
The sculpt is seriously detailed — you can see every barnacle and rotted tooth, it looks like it came straight off the screen. Wore it for a Halloween party and people kept backing away, which is exactly what I wanted. Fit was snug enough that I could wear it for hours without it slipping.
