Wasn't sure a reissue would capture the original but this thing is spot on. The casting came from the actual 1993 master so the pitted skin and cracked brow look legit, not smoothed over like cheaper copies. Hung it in my garage and it's already freaked out two neighbors.
Pulled this out of the box and the detail on the brow and nose is way sharper than the cheap knockoff I had years ago. It's a proper reissue cast from the original 1993 master, and you can tell by how the little cracks and wrinkles actually look right. My kid wore it around the house all afternoon w
The latex has that same slightly rubbery smell I remember from the original, which honestly sold me. Paint detailing around the eye sockets and the crack lines looks hand-done rather than printed. Got it for my dad since he grew up on these movies and he's already hung it above his workbench.
