The latex on this thing is way thicker than the party-store junk I've bought before, and the sculpted face actually looks hand-made rather than stamped out. Wore it for a full night of trick-or-treating with my kid and it never got uncomfortable.

I've worn a lot of cheap masks that look nothing like the photos, but this one actually has real sculpted detail around the eyes and cheekbones. The paint job on the skull is way better in person than I expected. My kid screamed when I walked into the party, so it did its job.

The latex has a great rubbery weight to it and the paint job on the eye socket looks hand-detailed, not stamped out. Wore it for a full night of trick-or-treating with the kids and it never got uncomfortable or slid around. My son actually asked to borrow it for his costume next year.
