Quick answer
Choose the Deluxe Deadite Warriors set if you want multiple deadites for a display scene at a lower per-figure cost. Choose the Deluxe Winged Deadite Warrior if you want one standout, winged centerpiece for your 5 inch horror figures shelf.
Why the set and the single figure serve different displays
The Deluxe Deadite Warriors set is built for army building: multiple figures let you stage a battle line or crowd scene, which is why its catalog price of USD 24.79 against a USD 39.99 comparison price makes it the value pick for volume. The Deluxe Winged Deadite Warrior is a single figure at USD 25.99 against the same USD 39.99 comparison, so its appeal is presence rather than count. If your shelf is already crowded with 5 inch horror figures, one winged deadite can act as a focal point without adding clutter.
Pre-order timing and what it means for your budget
The Deluxe Deadite Warriors listing is explicitly a pre-order, while the Winged Deadite Warrior is not marked that way in the supplied catalog. That difference matters if you need a figure in hand soon or if you prefer to lock in a price before release. Pre-ordering the set secures the lower price and multiple figures, but you wait for delivery. Buying the single winged figure is the simpler route if you want to avoid pre-order timelines or only have room for one new piece.
Scale and line consistency for Evil Dead collectibles
Both products sit in the 5 inch category, so they share a common scale with other 5 inch horror figures from the same store. That consistency helps if you plan to mix deadites with other horror licenses on one shelf. However, the catalog does not list articulation points, accessories, or paint details for either figure, so do not assume extra hands or bases are included. Treat the absence of those specs as a reason to buy for the sculpt and scale first, not for unseen extras.
Decision rules for buying Army of Darkness deadites
- If you want more figures per dollar: Pick the Deluxe Deadite Warriors set. At USD 24.79 for multiple figures, it beats the single winged figure on cost per piece and lets you fill a shelf faster. Check the pre-order release window before committing if timing matters.
- If you want one focal point: Pick the Deluxe Winged Deadite Warrior. Its wings make it a natural centerpiece, and at USD 25.99 it is a low-risk single purchase for a small collection. Reserve space above or beside the figure so the wings are not crowded.
- If you are new to horror figure collecting: Start with the single Winged Deadite Warrior. One figure at USD 25.99 lets you judge the line's sculpt and scale before you commit to a multi-figure set or a pre-order. Compare the figure's actual height and paint in hand before adding the set.
- If you already own many 5 inch horror figures: Choose the set only if you have room for multiple deadites. If your display is full, the single winged figure adds variety without forcing a reshuffle. Measure your shelf depth before ordering the set.
